**Vacancy: CAD Pattern Maker (Western Wear)**

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, edit, and grade patterns using any professional CAD system (Gerber, Julivi, Lectra, Optitex, etc.)
- Develop layouts/markers for fabric optimization
- Prepare files for digital/plotter printing
- Collaborate closely with the **designer to bring new styles and collections to life**:

- Modify and adjust patterns based on sample fittings and feedback
- Work alongside the production manager, cutting team, and QC department to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure patterns meet high-quality standards for western dresses and structured garments
- Provide support in maintaining digital pattern archives and improving efficiency across styles
- Contribute to improving sizing consistency and fit accuracy

**Requirements**:

- **Mandatory experience working with western-style dresses and garments** (evening wear, casual dresses, structured pieces)
- Minimum 5 years of experience with any professional CAD pattern-making system
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fit standards
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- **Knowledge of English is an advantage**:

- **Russian language is a plus**
