**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product selections. Ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a thorough understanding of our bakery products, including ingredients, prices, and promotions. Offer recommendations and suggest complementary products to enhance the customer experience.
- **Store Maintenance**: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented at all times. Assist with cleaning and maintaining equipment and displays as needed.
- **Promotions and Sales**: Actively promote current sales, specials, and loyalty programs to customers. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, especially in a bakery or food service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic math calculations accurately.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
