JOB POSITION : MEP / MECHANICAL DRAUGHTSMAN

JOB BRIEF : Must have an experience in Mechanical (HVAC, plumbing) drafting/ Calculations and Must have strong knowledge of coordination drawings.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Basic knowledge of Air-conditioning & Plumbing Design & Drafting.
- Preparation of HVAC layout According to the ASHRAE & SMACNA Standards.
- Preparation of head load calculation by using HAP software and selection of equipment's.
- Preparation of Revit models for MEP services.
- Preparing Shop Drawing for Ducting, Piping Layout, Drainage and Water Supply.
- Preparing Schedules for the HVAC Equipment, Air Outlet, Fittings Selection Etc.
- Building Risers, Plant Room with Sectional & Detailing with Standard installation details.
- Preparation of Builder works drawings for slab and wall openings.
- Preparation of co-ordination drawing for all MEP services with proper levels.
- Preparation of Foundation Layout for Mechanical Equipment's.
- Preparation of MEP As-Built Drawings.

SALARY WILL BE NEGOTIABLE AND WILL BASE ON THE YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
