Food and Beverage Operations Manager

**About Us**:
We are a fast-growing multi-branch coffee shop in Abu Dhabi, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality beverages and food. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Operations Manager to oversee operations, ensure standards, and drive business success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches, ensuring consistency in quality and service.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals.
Monitor and manage inventory, budgets, and operational costs.
Train, motivate, and manage staff to ensure high performance.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and cost efficiency.
Analyze customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and address issues promptly.
Coordinate with marketing to implement promotional activities and improve branch performance.
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in coffee shops or similar establishments.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong knowledge of inventory management, cost control, and operational processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with UAE food and beverage regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Must possess a valid UAE driving license and ideally have a personal vehicle for travel between branches._
