**Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**
**Location**: United Arab Emirates
**Company**: Al Namariq Group
**Experience Required**: Minimum 10 Years (including 5 years in the UAE)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
- Ensure full compliance with **UAE VAT regulations and Corporate Tax laws**.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with UAE banks for facilities and financial operations.
- Monitor and enforce financial controls, risk management, and internal audit processes.
- Guide the company on financial implications of strategic decisions and business expansion.
- Ensure alignment with **UAE Labor Law** in financial and HR-related matters.
- Oversee statutory audits, tax filings, and financial reporting.
- Represent the company in financial dealings with government bodies, auditors, and external partners.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Chartered Accountant (CA)** certification is mandatory.
- Minimum **10 years of relevant experience**, including **5 years in the UAE**.
- Strong understanding of **UAE banking system, labor laws, VAT, and corporate tax**.
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing cross-functional finance teams.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and modern financial tools is desirable.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
