**Key responsibilities**:

- Act as an internal consultant to the Managing Director to monitor the business and drive growth toward long-term objectives.
- Organize internal and external reporting; make constructive proposals, set KPIs, and closely monitor the group’s finances.
- Analyze financial information to produce financial forecasts; prepare variance analysis and recommendations on monthly /quarterly financial figures of all business units
- Review purchase cycle and analyze the cash flow.
- Manage the Finance team members and give them necessary guidance and advice.
- Manage the preparation of the company’s budget and total control of petty cash.
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company.
- Follow up and control the expenditure budgets allocated to the business unit.
- Monitor the cost structure of the companies’ business units and prepare business profitability analysis.
- Provide analytical support as required to various cross-function initiatives.
- Collaborate with other business nit managers to ensure compliance and progress towards business objectives
- Regular strategy meetings with group heads to deliver business objectives.
- Act proactively and think strategically; anticipate organizational needs and recognize the wider business environment dynamics
- Tax planning & Compliance.
- Audit planning and co-ordination.
- Other duties as assigned by Managing Director.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelors and Masters in Finance
- Experience 8-10 years in UAE which should include 5 years of working as a Manager in the same field/ Construction.
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Knowledge of commercial businesses.
- Sound knowledge of accounting principles and Standards, Compliances, UAE VA
- Strong core finance technicalskills (deep understanding of Balance Sheets, Cash flow statements, and P&L) and precise knowledge of Finance & Accounting Standards, Controls & processes

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Manager: 8 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (required)
