**Guest Service & Order Delivery**:

- Promptly deliver food and beverages to guest rooms according to hotel standards.
- Ensure proper setup and presentation of trays and trolleys before delivery.
- Verify guest orders before leaving the kitchen to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Offer courteous and professional service to guests while ensuring special requests are met.
- Handle guest complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor if necessary.

**Order Taking & Communication**:

- Answer room service phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Take accurate orders, confirm details, and communicate any special requests to the kitchen.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer guest inquiries about food and beverages.

**Hygiene & Cleanliness**:

- Collect used trays and trolleys from guest rooms and corridors in a timely manner.
- Ensure all service areas, trays, and equipment are clean and sanitized.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations in handling food and beverages.

**Cash Handling & Billing**:

- Process guest checks and ensure accurate billing.
- Handle cash and card transactions securely, following hotel procedures.
- Maintain accountability for all orders processed during the shift.

**Other Duties**:

- Assist in setting up VIP amenities and special in-room dining experiences.
- Report any maintenance or service issues in guest rooms or public areas.
- Participate in team meetings and training as required.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
