**Graphic Designer / Motion Graphic Designer**

**Role Definition**:
Mr Creative Social is a fast growing digital marketing agency based in Media City Dubai.
Knowledge of Adobe After Effects or Adobe Premier Pro to convert the designs into motion graphics is optional but will be preferred.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Content Creation including social posts & stories.

2. Establishing and creating the social tone depending on the industry.

3. Creating visual direction for the brand as a whole.

4. Develop Social Media strategy and plans coordinated with marketing plans and aligned to the business overall objectives.

5. Develop the weekly and monthly social media calendar.

6. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media.

7. Create original and brand-focused messages.

8. Research relevant markets and conduct competitor analysis.

9. Take good shots & videos which can be use for short reels / motion graphics.

**Skills**:
1. Strong creative thinking.

2. Implement out of the box ideas and improvise on the content given by the content team.

3. Good understanding of Motion Designing.

4. Experience in working with Digital Agency.

5. Motivates people to deliver results.

6. Exercises excellent skills in the following areas: SEO, FB & IG Ads,
Google Ads.

- Adobe Premier Pro (Optional)
- Figma (Optional)

**Experience**:
Must have 2-3 years experience with similar role.
