- **Hotel Reservations**: Advise on and book accommodation in various locations, ensuring client comfort and convenience.
- **Tour Packages**: Present and recommend customized tour packages to clients, ensuring they are tailored to their interests, including group tours, luxury tours, and special interests.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after travel, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure their travel arrangements are satisfactory and assist with any last-minute changes or requests.
- **Stay Updated**: Keep up-to-date with the latest travel trends, destinations, and offerings in the tourism industry to provide clients with relevant and exciting options.
- **Sales & Upselling**: Promote additional services such as travel insurance, excursions, upgrades, and other related products.
- **Documentation & Records**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments in the company’s CRM or system
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
