**Job Role**: Buyer - HVAC Products (Private Label - AFRA)

**Date**: Thursday 17th Aug to Wednesday 23rd Aug

**Time**: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

**Location**: Bin Shabib Mall

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Source and procure HVAC products in line with company standards and quality requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify the latest trends, technologies, and suppliers in the HVAC industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure product specifications align with market demand.
- Monitor inventory levels, reordering points, and lead times to ensure timely availability of products.
- Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market demands to make informed procurement decisions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order processing, quality checks, and timely deliveries.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, certifications, and compliance requirements for HVAC products.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of procurement activities, supplier contracts, and pricing agreements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Buyer in the HVAC industry, preferably with private label products.
- Solid understanding of HVAC products, market trends, and supplier networks.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to build fruitful supplier relationships.
- Proficient in MS Office and procurement software.
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
