**Position Title**: Mathematics Teacher

**Job Summary**:
The Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for creating a stimulating learning environment in which students can develop their mathematical skills and understanding. They will plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring engagement and progression in learning. The Mathematics Teacher will assess student progress, provide feedback, and implement strategies to support individual learning goals. They will collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials, participate in departmental meetings, and contribute to the overall academic success of students.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons that align with curriculum standards and objectives.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assess student learning through various forms of evaluation, such as tests, quizzes, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students, including those with varying abilities and learning styles.
- Utilize technology and other resources effectively to enhance the teaching and learning process.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and modify curriculum materials and instructional strategies.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student progress and academic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other pertinent information.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mathematics education.
- Foster a positive classroom culture that promotes critical thinking, problem-solving, and a love for mathematics.
- Adhere to school policies and procedures, including those related to classroom management and discipline.
- Serve as a mentor and role model for students, promoting academic excellence and positive character traits.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Education, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification/license in mathematics or secondary education.
- Proven experience teaching mathematics at the middle or high school level.
- Strong knowledge of mathematics content and instructional strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, students, and parents/guardians.
- Flexibility, patience, and a passion for working with young learners.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
- Understanding of and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
