**PURPOSE OF JOB**

The Sales / Event Executive at PURA VIDA ECO TOURISM- SOLE PROPRIETORSHIP L.L.C. is responsible for generating revenue through room sales and event management for our eco retreat. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key clients, driving room bookings, and organizing events to enhance the retreat's visibility and profitability. This individual will act as a liaison between clients and the retreat to ensure a seamless guest experience in line with our eco-friendly values.

**MAIN DUTIES**

**PURPOSE OF JOB**

The Event Sales Coordinator role is responsible to spearhead the development and growth of the events pillar, driving substantial revenue growth and increasing footfall of each of the Company property of Pura Eco Retreat in the UAE. The role oversees the entire group event sales process, from identifying and nurturing leads to successfully closing deals. The role will be pivotal in positioning the Company as a premier destination for an eco-friendly events, experiences, and other special occasions.

**MAIN DUTIES**

**1. Sales & Business Development**

Promote and sell accommodation (lodges, domes, camping) and F&B packages to individual guests, corporates, travel agencies, and tour operators.
- Achieve sales targets for Rooms, F&B, and Events through proactive outreach and upselling.
- Develop partnerships with corporates, schools, event planners, and tourism agencies to increase bookings.
- Assist in creating seasonal promotions and bundled packages for stays, dining, and activities.

**2. Event Planning & Coordination**

Plan, coordinate, and execute events such as tours, workshops, corporate retreats, weddings, and cultural occasions.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, prepare tailored proposals, and develop event budgets.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality services at the best rates.
- Work closely with internal departments (F&B, Housekeeping, Activities, and Operations) to ensure smooth execution.

**3. Event Marketing & Promotion**
- Coordinate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, advertisements, and online listings.
- Develop campaigns to boost attendance for special events, seasonal activities, and F&B promotions.

**4. Client Relationship Management**

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Offer personalized solutions to meet guest needs, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay or event.
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, complaints, and feedback.

**5. On-site Event Management**

Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run according to plan.
- Supervise F&B service, accommodation readiness, and activity coordination during events.
- Direct vendors, staff, and volunteers to ensure seamless logistics.

**6. Post-Event Analysis & Reporting**

Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback.
- Prepare detailed reports on revenue, guest feedback, and operational performance.
- Recommend improvements for future events based on lessons learned.

**7. Market Research & Analysis**

Keep up to date with eco-tourism, desert adventure trends, and hospitality industry best practices.
- Conduct competitor analysis to improve Pura Eco Retreat
- offerings and packages.
- Suggest new activities, F&B concepts, and room packages based on market demand.

**8. Sales & Commercial Strategy**

Develop and implement an annual sales plan for Rooms, F&B, and Events aligned with business goals.
- Assist in pricing strategy for event and accommodation packages.
- Prepare and manage revenue roadmaps and distribution channel strategies.
- Recommend and implement event-related SOPs across departments to ensure consistent service quality.
- Represent Pura Eco Retreat at trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Prepare and submit contracts for event vendors and clients.

**9. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance**

Ensure all events and services follow park safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
- Educate guests on eco-friendly practices and heritage preservation.

- Proactively engage with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing information about Pura Eco Retreats activities and services available.

- Handle guest belongings and personal spaces with the utmost respect and discretion, adhering to strict ethical guidelines and ensuring that guest privacy is maintained at all times.

- Ensure that the housekeeping task adhere to safety standards and regulations while prioritizing guest and staff safety.

**Be Knowledgeable**
- Possess a deep understanding of housekeeping task and professional ways of maintaining hygiene throughout the Pura Eco Retreats.
