**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate all sheet metal fabrication activities including laser cutting, bending, welding, grinding, and assembly.
- Ensure **timely execution of jobs** as per project schedules while maintaining strict adherence to quality standards.
- Implement and manage **quality control procedures** to ensure all products meet internal and client specifications.
- Translate technical drawings and customer specifications into clear production instructions using SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and related design software.
- Lead and manage a team of factory workers, machine operators, and technicians with a focus on discipline, accountability, and safety.
- Optimize production workflows, manpower allocation, and factory layout for improved efficiency and throughput.
- Maintain accurate production tracking, job cards, and daily reports to monitor output and identify bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and sales teams to ensure seamless coordination and job readiness.
- Maintain machinery, tools, and equipment in excellent working condition through preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cultivate a clean, well-organized factory environment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in lean manufacturing, quality assurance, and operational excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in **sheet metal fabrication**, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Expert-level proficiency in **SolidWorks**, **Fusion 360**, and other relevant CAD/CAM tools.
- Strong working knowledge of fabrication processes such as MIG/TIG welding, CNC bending, laser cutting, and finishing.
- Proven track record in **quality control**, **job tracking**, and **on-time delivery** in a production environment.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering is preferred.

**Salary & Benefits**:
Competitive salary based on experience. Additional performance-based incentives, accommodation (if applicable), and opportunity for growth in a dynamic environment.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

License/Certification:

- UAE Drivers License (required)
