**Job Title: Export Sales Executive - Frozen Meat Division**

To drive the sales of frozen meat products in GCC countries, maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients and identifying new business opportunities. The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of export sales, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring compliance with international regulations, and meeting sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the GCC markets (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman).
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the frozen meat export market.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key distributors, wholesalers, and customers in the GCC region.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs within the designated markets.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competition in the GCC region.
- Monitor industry developments and competitor activity to keep up-to-date with market dynamics.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients in GCC countries, providing customer support and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Manage inquiries, process orders, and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate the logistics and documentation for export shipments, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations and fulfillment of orders.
- Oversee the preparation of export contracts, invoices, and other necessary documents.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the frozen meat products offered by the company, including specifications, packaging, and certifications.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client contacts, orders, and contracts.
- Ensure that all exports comply with the regulations and standards of the target countries in the GCC region.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with customs and international shipping regulations.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in export sales within the food industry (preferably frozen meat) with a proven track record of sales in GCC countries.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English is required.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of the GCC market, customs procedures, and logistics for frozen meat exports.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
