Sales Data Management: Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information. This includes tracking sales activities, generating reports, and analyzing data to identify trends or opportunities for improvement.

Proposal and Quotation Assistance: Support the sales team in preparing proposals and quotations for potential customers. This may involve gathering relevant information, creating pricing structures, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to support sales efforts. This may involve gathering data, analyzing market conditions, and preparing reports or presentations to assist the sales team in their decision-making process.

Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks to facilitate smooth sales operations, such as managing calendars, organizing meetings, maintaining files and documents, and assisting with travel arrangements.

Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. This includes regular communication, addressing concerns or requests, and providing exceptional customer service.

Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, staying up to date with industry advancements and changes. This knowledge will enable you to provide accurate information and support to customers and the sales team.

Sales Reporting: Assist in generating sales reports and analyzing sales performance metrics. This may involve compiling data, creating visualizations, and presenting findings to the sales team or management.
