**Job Title**: Head of Quality (UAE Experience Required)

**Location**: Dubai, UAE

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and systems aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure effective implementation of quality standards and practices.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Ensure compliance with local and international quality standards, regulations, and certifications, including ISO 9001 and other relevant UAE regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality processes are integrated into all stages of product development and delivery.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions as needed.
- Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality metrics and reporting.
- Manage supplier quality performance and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure the highest quality of materials and services.
- Work closely with senior management to provide regular updates on quality performance, challenges, and improvements.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards across the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, industry regulations, and certifications, including ISO 9001 and other relevant UAE standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Proven experience in implementing quality improvement initiatives and achieving measurable results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- UAE work experience is a must, with familiarity in navigating the local regulatory landscape.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
