**Retail Sales Representative Responsibilities**:

- Greet, engage and responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations as well as creating a branded, luxury client experience on a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding the products they are looking for and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including product displays and shelves.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and current sales trends.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Retail Sales Representative Required Skills**:

**Required Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication skills, fluent in English, ability to speak Arabic is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of beauty products, with hands-on beauty and personal care service experience is a plus
- Proven experience in a retail or sales-related role is preferred.
- Familiarity with products in the retail industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in using cash registers and handling cash transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing business needs.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Must be legally eligible to work in UAE.
