**Waitress (Female)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and serve customers in a friendly, professional manner.
- Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure timely service.
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.) and light snacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the café seating and service counters.
- Provide information to clients about menu offerings and daily specials.
- Ensure all orders are accurately prepared and served to the highest standard.
- Assist in restocking inventory, including coffee supplies, snacks, and other café items.
- Handle customer feedback or concerns politely, resolving issues or escalating them to management when necessary.
- Understand the preferences of Arab clients and provide personalized service accordingly.
- Support in basic food preparation and packaging when needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and cleanliness.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Gender**: Female
- **Languages**: Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken) is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a café, restaurant, or similar food service environment.
- Knowledge of preparing coffee and other beverages.
- Familiarity with serving Arab clients and understanding cultural preferences.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple orders efficiently.
- Well-groomed, presentable, and professional attitude.
