**Responsibilities**:

- Conceptualize, plan, and execute visually engaging video and photography content to support our brand and marketing initiatives.
- Capture high-quality videos and photographs using professional equipment, ensuring proper lighting, composition, and framing.
- Edit videos and photos to enhance visual impact, incorporating graphic elements, music, and sound effects when necessary.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video and photography projects.
- Manage and maintain video and photography equipment, ensuring they are in proper working condition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in videography, photography, editing, and social media to continually improve the quality and effectiveness of our content.
- Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent delivery of content across various social media platforms.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies and campaigns that align with our brand identity and objectives.
- Monitor social media analytics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of our content and make data-driven improvements.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a videographer, photographer, content creator, or similar role.
- Proficient in using professional video and photography equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and their best practices.
- Excellent storytelling and creative thinking skills to conceptualize and execute engaging video and photography content.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in shooting and editing.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising on quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different departments.
- Understanding of marketing principles and experience in creating content that aligns with brand objectives.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and social media analytics is a plus.
