Our company is looking for a talented and skilled Sushi Chef to join our kitchen team. The Sushi Chef will be responsible for preparing a variety of sushi dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality, and providing an exceptional culinary experience for our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare sushi rolls, sashimi, and other traditional Japanese dishes.
- Ensure the highest quality and freshness of ingredients used.
- Develop and innovate new sushi recipes to feature on the menu.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Follow health and safety regulations within the kitchen.
- Interact with customers when necessary, ensuring a great dining experience.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in preparing traditional and contemporary sushi dishes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Experience working in a hot kitchen is an advantage.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
