**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely payments
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
- Support financial reporting and monitor expenses.
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to management while recommending further courses of action
- Assist in drafting, review and presentation of capital budget as per the policies of management for better cash management.
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Debt collection:

- Manage multiple delinquent accounts for debt collection efforts.
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts; and follow up until receipt of payments
- Plan a course of action to recover outstanding payments

All other tasks assigned by Management.

**Qualifications**
- Work experience as an Accountant not less than 5 years. should have experience in UAE
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Zoho books
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- accounting: 3 years (required)
