As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing a positive and memorable experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include warmly greeting clients, scheduling appointments, handling inquiries, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Your outstanding communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in coordinating spa services and ensuring smooth spa operations.

**Responsibilities**: Warmly welcome and greet guests as they arrive at the spa, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
Efficiently manage and coordinate spa appointments, ensuring proper scheduling and minimizing wait times.
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and attention to detail.
Maintain an organized and tidy reception area, including managing spa retail displays.
Process payments and handle cash transactions securely and accurately.
Collaborate closely with spa therapists and staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Assist in administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.
Upsell spa services and products by offering relevant recommendations to guests.
Monitor and manage spa inventory, restocking products as needed.
Demonstrate exceptional customer service, promptly addressing and resolving guest concerns or issues.

**Qualifications**:Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
A friendly and approachable demeanor, with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality.
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment scheduling software (experience with spa management software is a plus).
Ability to handle a fast-paced work environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
