**Salary**: AED 2,000 - AED 3,000 per month + OT

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated **Fire Alarm System Foreman** to oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems on-site. The foreman will be responsible for leading a team of technicians, ensuring quality standards and compliance with civil defense and local authority regulations, and coordinating with engineers and other trades to deliver work on schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead fire alarm technicians and helpers during installation, termination, and testing activities.
- Read and interpret fire alarm layout drawings, single-line diagrams, and technical submittals.
- Plan daily activities, allocate tasks, and ensure efficient manpower usage.
- Ensure all fire alarm systems are installed in accordance with NFPA, local authority, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with other trades (e.g., electrical, HVAC, ELV) to avoid clashes and delays.
- Perform pre-commissioning and support third-party testing and commissioning.
- Liaise with consultants, clients, and civil defense inspectors as needed during inspections.
- Monitor quality of work and enforce safety standards at all times.
- Maintain site records, material requests, daily reports, and progress updates.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues in fire alarm panels, detectors, modules, sounders, and loop integrity.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Diploma/ITI in Electrical/Electronics or related field.
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in fire alarm systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of addressable and conventional fire alarm systems (e.g., Firex, Simplex, Naffco, Tecon/JSB, etc.).
- Familiarity with civil defense regulations and inspection procedures.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and authority-approved layouts.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).

**Work Conditions**:

- Site-based role with occasional office coordination.
- Overtime and weekend work are be required based on project needs.
- Adherence to PPE and safety regulations is mandatory.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
