- Implement governance standards for architecture, data privacy, and security compliance.
- Mentor and lead a team of Pega NBA Designers or developers.
- Coordinate tasks such as proposition builds, customer data flow updates, and interaction updates.
- Designing and implementing REST API, Kafka and FTP based integrations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to summarize data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Designing in alignment with Clients Business objective

**Good to have skills**:

- Pega Lead system architect.
- Knowledge in externalisation of Cassandra, KAFKA, Elastic search
- Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD pipelines for deployment automation.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in marketing automation and hyper-personalization.
