Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation & Configuration:

- Lead and manage ERP/SAP implementation projects from inception to completion.
- Configure and customize ERP/SAP modules according to business requirements.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- Business Analysis & Consulting:

- Conduct thorough business analysis to understand and document business requirements.
- Provide expert advice on best practices and strategic recommendations to improve business processes.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions within the ERP/SAP system.
- System Maintenance & Support:

- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users to maximize system utilization.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations and changes.

Project Management:

- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders effectively.

Continuous Improvement:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP/SAP technologies and industry trends.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance business operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in ERP/SAP implementation and support.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP).
- Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Experience in the HVAC or manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in additional ERP systems or modules.
