**Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:

- Design and develop comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and objectives.
- Create engaging learning materials, resources, and activities to enhance student understanding of business concepts.

**Instruction Delivery**:

- Deliver dynamic and interactive classroom lectures, discussions, and presentations.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and critical thinking.

**Assessment and Feedback**:

- Evaluate student performance through assessments, quizzes, exams, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students to support their academic growth and development.

**Subject Expertise**:

- Demonstrate expertise in various areas of business studies, including but not limited to accounting, finance, marketing, entrepreneurship, and management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, current events, and advancements in business practices to enrich classroom discussions and content.

**Student Support**:

- Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and support to students as they navigate their educational journey and career aspirations.
- Offer additional assistance to students who require extra help or clarification on course material.

**Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and instructional strategies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development activities to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay abreast of educational innovations.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Teaching certification or licensure in Business Education.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve academic excellence.
- Proficiency in instructional technology and educational software.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and professional growth.
