**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our construction company as a Purchaser and Projects Coordinator. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for efficiently coordinating procurement activities while overseeing and supporting project management tasks. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our projects by ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, equipment, and services, while effectively managing project schedules and resources.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Purchasing:

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to identify procurement needs for construction projects.
- Source and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate pricing, and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and budget constraints.
- Track and expedite delivery of materials and equipment to meet project timelines.
- Monitor inventory levels, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement effective inventory management strategies.

2. Projects Coordination:

- Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project progress, and propose proactive solutions to keep projects on track.
- Provide day-to-day project reports to the management.

3. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
- Review and evaluate supplier performance, resolving any issues or disputes in a timely manner.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in purchasing and procurement within the construction industry.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Excel and Sage.

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
