**Job Title: Team Leader - Personal Finance**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of personal finance sales executives.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Motivate and train team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare sales reports and performance analyses.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of experience** in personal finance sales in the UAE.
- Proven experience in a **team leadership** role within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, personal finance, and UAE market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive and motivate a high-performing sales team.
