**Position Summary**:
The Construction Foreman will be responsible for managing daily operations on the job site, supervising crews, coordinating with subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. This is a leadership role ideal for someone with strong construction knowledge and excellent team management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily on-site construction activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Assign tasks and monitor performance of laborers and subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan
- Maintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentation

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in construction supervision or as a lead tradesperson

- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
