Mainly Responsible for overseeing the transportation of oil and petroleum products:

- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on shipping operations, including vessel utilization, cargo movements, and expenses.
- Responding to and resolving operational issues, such as cargo claims, vessel delays, and other unexpected events.
