**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Sales Executive to join our growing FXBC team.

Your role is to connect with potential students, understand their trading goals, and guide them to choose the right forex training and mentorship program.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Contact and follow up with leads from ads, WhatsApp, and social media inquiries.
- Explain courses, mentorship programs, and funded account opportunities.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Maintain lead reports and client data in CRM systems.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or forex trading is an advantage.
- Confident, energetic, and result-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Strong interest in forex or financial markets.
