**Job Description: Direct Sales Executive**

Position Overview:
The Direct Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales revenue by promoting and selling products or services directly to customers. This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of the sales process. The Direct Sales Executive will work closely with potential customers to identify their needs, provide product information, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation: Proactively identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events. Conduct thorough research on target markets and industries to understand customer needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate products or services to potential customers effectively.

2. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Understand client requirements and provide appropriate solutions to meet their needs. Regularly follow up with clients to address any concerns or issues, provide after-sales support, and upsell additional products or services.

3. Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Qualify leads, conduct product presentations, negotiate pricing and terms, prepare sales proposals, and handle objections effectively. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of sales orders.

4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. Analyze market data to develop strategies for increasing sales volume and market share. Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, product improvements, and market insights.

5. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities including customer interactions, sales calls, meetings, and deals closed. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, pipeline analysis, and other key metrics. Provide timely updates to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in direct sales or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel as required

**Salary**: AED1,500.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
