**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all **stakeholder coordination activities** for design and construction phases of building and infrastructure projects.
- Ensure full compliance with **Abu Dhabi authority requirements**, standards, regulations, and approval processes.
- Manage **authority submissions**, including preparation, review, tracking, and follow-up with relevant agencies (ADM, ADQCC, ADSSC, ADDC, EAD, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Maintain strong relationships with government authorities, consultants, and contractors to facilitate timely approvals.
- Coordinate between design teams, consultants, contractors, and authorities to resolve technical or procedural issues.
- Support project teams in meeting regulatory timelines and streamlining approval cycles.
- Provide expert guidance on **local codes, submission procedures, and regulatory frameworks** specific to Abu Dhabi.
- Prepare stakeholder management plans, communication strategies, and progress reports.
- Participate in meetings with authorities and represent the project in regulatory discussions.

**Key Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Minimum 10 years of experience**, with at least **2 years as a Stakeholder Manager** in a related field.
- Extensive, proven experience with **Abu Dhabi authority requirements and submission procedures** for both **design and construction activities**.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory processes and standards within Abu Dhabi for building and infrastructure projects.
- Prior experience working with **consultants and contractors** is essential.
- Consultancy background is required.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and handle multiple authority submissions simultaneously.
- **Immediate joiner** preferred.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to **Abu Dhabi**.
