**Key Responsibilities of HR Coordinator**:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system accurately and timely.
- Ensure HR files and records are maintained in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Track and manage employee leave balances, attendance reports, and other HR metrics.
- Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related data and reporting needs.
- Coordinate and assist with HR-related paperwork.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Manage employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure smooth communication between the HR department and employees.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards at all times.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or administrative HR roles.
- Working knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SAP) preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: AED3,000.00 per month
