Are you passionate about working with fresh meat and learning the art of butchery in a professional kitchen environment? We are looking for a motivated and dedicated **Commis Chef - Butcher (Entry Level)** to join our culinary team in Umm Al Quwain

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior butchers in cutting, trimming, and preparing various meats
- Ensure proper storage and handling of raw meat products
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the butcher section
- Follow food safety guidelines and kitchen protocols
- Support chefs with prep work as needed during service hours
- Learn and develop skills in portion control, meat presentation, and knife handling

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge or strong interest in butchery and kitchen operations
- Willingness to learn and grow in a culinary setting
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
