**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the registration of products with new clients based on their requirements.
- Maintain and update accurate customer records and sales data.
- Generate reports to track sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging trends, and competitors within the oils products industry.
- Provide insights to the sales team based on research findings.
- Identify and target key markets, develop new business opportunities, and customers for business expansion of sales opportunities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in sales or business development are a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales co-ordination or technical support role, preferably within the oils and lubricants.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts related to oils and lubricants products.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to analyze customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical details clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple taskssimultaneously.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

**Salary**: From AED4,000.00 per month
