Description

**JOB Summary***:
Supervisor oversees and coordinate the daily supply chain activities which includes and is not limited to, improved productivity, quality, planning, internal customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of efficiency within the given resources. This role should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and to increase the company’s overall market share eventually.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Coordinate and manage the buyers
- Manage warehouse consumables and replenishment
- Create commercial documents for sales orders
- Communicate with customers with regards to shipment collections and CIPL
- Coordinating with the freight forwarders to collect cargo and follow up to BOE
- Issue parts from stock in Visual, AX & D365
- Receive new shipments in stock
- Raise OS&D report for discrepancies
- Create picklist for the warehouse team
- Ensure pictures are updated on central folder for all shipments as proof
- Inspect high value shipments before dispatch
- Creating the goods receipt in NSG & Visual with vendor proof of delivery attached
- Update rebuild team on parts status and open orders weekly
- Create and Present weekly updates via presentations to management
- Sending proof of delivery to accounts for invoicing with backups
- Track, prioritize and communicate shipping mode for material on hand in Crane Houston
- Supervising heavy lifting/ JSA/ conducting safety induction to the 3rd party service provided
- Tracking & expedite delayed items report from Houston and local vendors
- Conduct and maintain cyclic inventory counts reports

Qualifications

**Minimum Qualifications**:

- Proven work experience as a Supply chain professional
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work well with people in all departments and at all levels of management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge in Excel

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- College Education preferred with 7years related work experience in the Oil and Gas
- Knowledge of warehouse software packages and Microsoft Excel
- Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Highly effective supervisory skills and techniques
- With Heavy Forklift driving license (Added benefit )
