We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Purchase Manager with a strong background in the food and beverage industry to join our dynamic team. The Purchase Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the procurement of all food and beverage supplies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that our procurement processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, lead, and execute purchasing strategies specifically tailored to the food and beverage industry.
- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve the effectiveness.
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation for food and beverage products.
- Forecast price and market trends to identify changes of balance in buyer-supplier power.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and benchmarking for food and beverage supplies.
- Assess, manage, and mitigate risks related to the food and beverage supply chain.
- Seek and partner with reliable vendors and suppliers within the food and beverage sector.
- Determine quantity and timing of deliveries to ensure product freshness and quality.
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand for food and beverage products.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience as a Purchase Manager or Procurement Manager in the food and beverage industry.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management in the food and beverage sector.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics in the food and beverage industry along with a business sense.
- A knack for negotiation and networking.
- Working experience with purchasing software (e.g., SAP, Ariba, etc.)
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures.
- Solid judgment along with decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- BS degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Professional certification (e.g., CPP, CPM, CPSM) is a plus.
- Previous experience in procurement of perishable goods.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality standards.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,300.00 per month
