**Job Title: Lawyer**
**Experience**: 2- 5 years
- Follow up on cases and draft Commerical contracts, power of attorneys, wills, memorandums, mutual agreements.
- Drafting/reviewing/modifying templates of agreements, forms, notices, letters, undertakings, etc.
- Drafting/reviewing of agreements which company will sign with vendors or suppliers/ service providers
- Policies and procedures and standardized documentation
- Incorporation of new companies and modifying current companies, maintaining Group companies’ registers and POAs
- Provide legal consulting to the company on all sorts of legal issues
- Oversee legal matters such as corporate governance, litigation proceeding, legal notices and government enquiries,
- Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements including client contracts, supplier contracts, etc; develop contract models and templates as necessary.
- Follow up all legislations and conduct all procedures before relevant authorities.
- dvice on various litigation matters concerning all services and business campaigns.
- Informing the leadership of the company on changes in legislation and their legal consequences.
- Provide timely updates on the development of legal and policy environments that would have an impact on our business in a jurisdiction in the country.
- Organize, anticipate and maintain local compliance and monitoring of Company's general legal needs within the framework of the Company's global policies including Code of Ethics, Labor Law, Data Protection, Entity Matters, Anti-Corruption and other compliance teams by coordinating with the Company's regional and cluster teams
- Source and manage outside counsels and local firms to provide necessary legal support and ensure the quality of their work products and cost-efficiency.
- Provide specific Labor Law advice on all kinds of labor-related matters
- Participate in investigations and inquiries on issues arising from various complaints.
- Perform any other provisions given by the hierarchical superior in the implementation of short-term strategies of the company within the limits of observance of the legal basis.
- Lead and draft all corporate by-laws, resolutions, and minutes.
- Identify the risks that an organization faces and advise the business on rules and controls.
**Required Skills Set**
- At least 3-5 years of post-qualification experience as a corporate in-house lawyer ideally from a reputable international service organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Excellent command of English.
- Experience in Labor Law, Contract Law and commercial Law in United Arab Emirates.
- Ability to work in an international and dynamic business environment.
