- Confirms accuracy of packing slips, shipping Invoices, vouchers and back order
- Reporting about parts and materials damaged in shipment to Branch In charge
- Manage the warehouse to keep be in good condition clean and well arranged.
- Create a location for the new items and keep all the parts in proper location
- Check the branches order (move order) and arrange to send with necessary system updating.
- Maintains files of Invoices, Vouchers, shipping orders and packing slips
- Conduct physical checking to keep stock status accurate.
- Cooperating with sales staff to support them achieve the target.
- Segregating the received items as stock or customer order for smooth supply

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma holders, minimum 3 to 5 yrs experience in the automobile industry
- Must be computer literate with good communication skills in English and Arabic
- Should manage all aspects of store operations and must control & improve the efficiency of stores
- UAE Driving License holders preferred
