**Key Responsibilities**:
**Spa & Beauty Services**:

- Perform **various massage treatments** (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy).
- Offer **other beauty treatments** as required by the spa menu.
- Maintain **cleanliness and hygiene** in treatment areas, following spa protocols.
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction by providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience.

**Reception & Customer Service**:

- Assist at the **spa reception** when needed, including welcoming guests, handling bookings, and answering inquiries.
- Process payments and keep accurate records of appointments and services.
- Provide guests with **information about spa services** and recommend treatments based on their needs.
- Ensure the reception area is **neat, organized, and welcoming**.

**General Duties**:

- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels of spa products and inform management of restocking needs.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold the **highest standards of professionalism and customer service**.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in **massage therapy, beauty therapy, or related field**.
- Experience in **manicure and pedicure** services.
- Prior experience in a **spa, salon, or hospitality environment** is preferred.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced environment** and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to **assist at reception when required**.
