**Role Overview**

As a Marketing Executive, you will be at the heart of BBW’s mission. This is not your typical marketing role — you will be the strategic driver of BBW, from city selection to execution. You will collaborate across departments to ensure each event is a success, both in terms of social impact and sales performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Event Strategy: Participate in the selection of cities and venues for BBW events based on market research and strategic goals. Determine, event and promotional mechanics to drive sales.
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, traditional, PR, influencer, etc.) to drive awareness and footfall.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Logistics, and Creative teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Sales Target Alignment: Set and monitor marketing KPIs aligned with event sales targets; adjust tactics in real-time to optimize performance.
- Market Research: Analyze consumer behavior, competitor activity, and local trends to inform marketing strategies.
- On-Ground Activation: Be present during events to manage marketing activities, media, and customer engagement.
- Post-Event Analysis: Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, ROI, and keypoints learned for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 2-4 year of experience in marketing but open to explore if you believe you have the skillset, passion and determination that aligns with BBW’s objectives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours during event periods.
- Passion for books, literacy, and social impact is a big plus
