**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of plumbers on various projects.
- Plan and coordinate plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage project budgets and control costs.
- Coordinate with other trades, clients, and project managers.
- Train and mentor junior plumbers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- Order and manage inventory of plumbing materials and supplies.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
- Evaluate and improve work processes and procedures.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman or similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and installations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid plumbing license or certification.
- Proficiency in using plumbing tools and equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with project management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if required.
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
