Job Title: HSE Officer

Job Summary:
Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and programs. Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and provide training to employees.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

2. Conduct risk assessments, identify hazards, and implement controls to mitigate risks.

3. Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.

4. Provide HSE training to employees, contractors, and visitors to ensure awareness and compliance.

5. Monitor and report HSE performance metrics, including incident rates, audit results, and compliance.

6. Conduct regular site inspections to identify HSE hazards and ensure compliance.

7. Collaborate with management and employees to develop and implement HSE initiatives.

8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records, including policies, procedures, training records, and incident reports.

9. Stay up-to-date with changes in HSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in the oil and gas industry, with at least 2 years of experience working directly with ADNOC or an ADNOC-approved contractor.

3. HSE certifications, such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH.

4. Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices.

5. Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Proficient in MS Office and HSE software
