**Key Responsibilities**

- Use insights to make data-driven decisions throughout the product development and sourcing lifecycle.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in product development, engineering, or a related field.

- Must have beauty and cosmetic experience.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing product development and sourcing teams.
- Strong knowledge of product development and sourcing processes, from ideation to launch.
- Understanding of sustainability principles and eco-friendly product development.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and suppliers.
- Innovative mindset and adaptability to evolving industry trends.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements in consumer goods and eco-friendly product industries.
