Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations in the joinery workshop
- Manage carpenters, machine operators, polishers, and helpers to ensure timely production
- Review technical drawings, cutting lists, and job orders before starting production
- Ensure all items are produced as per design specifications and project quality standards
- Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and enforce discipline and safety procedures
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and procurement for timely material delivery
- Control wastage of materials and manage factory workflow efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a **Foreman in a joinery or woodworking factory**:

- Strong knowledge of production techniques for doors, wardrobes, furniture, and decorative panels
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and cutting lists
- Skilled in managing a multicultural team under pressure
- Knowledge of wood machinery operation and maintenance is an advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Reqired valid UAE Driving License
