**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant for Marketing Specialist to support our marketing team in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies. This role will involve engaging with customers, managing social media, and assisting with various marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- **Sales Order Generation**:
Assist in generating and processing sales orders based on customer interactions and inquiries.
- **Social Media Management**:
Help manage and grow social media profiles on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn by creating and curating engaging content.
- **Website Maintenance**:
Make small updates and changes to the company website to ensure content is current and aligns with marketing strategies.
- **Marketing Support**:
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:
Help monitor website traffic and user engagement metrics using tools like Google Analytics, and prepare reports to assess performance.
- **Collaboration**:
Work closely with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all channels.
- **Market Research**:
Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform marketing strategies and target audience profiles.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in digital marketing or a related field is preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic marketing concepts.
- Basic understanding of SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
