**About the Company**: We’re looking for a Photographer/Videographer to join our fast-paced marketing agency, specializing in creating impactful social media content for a variety of clients. You will be at the forefront of visual storytelling, bringing creative ideas to life through dynamic photos and videos, ensuring each project resonates with current social media trends and client goals.

**About the Role**: Key Responsibilities:

- Photoshoot Planning & Execution: Take ownership of planning and organizing photoshoots from concept to delivery. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure every visual aligns with the brand’s identity and the marketing campaign’s objectives.
- Creative Content Development: Work with creative and strategy teams to conceptualize fresh and engaging social media content ideas. Bring unique concepts to the table that are aligned with current social media trends and client brand voices.
- Video Creation & Editing: Produce and edit high-quality video content, including reels, short-form videos, and dynamic visuals for clients’ social media channels. Ensure all content is optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Trend Research & Implementation: Stay on top of social media trends, viral challenges, and new content formats, leveraging these insights to create innovative content strategies and campaign ideas for our clients.
- Content Strategy Support: Provide insights and recommendations for visual content as part of larger social media strategies. Assist in creating content calendars and working with multiple clients to deliver impactful visual storytelling that supports their brand messaging.
- Technical Expertise: Manage all photography and videography equipment, including lighting and sound. Use advanced editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom to produce polished content with quick turnarounds.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with account managers, social media managers, and clients to deliver on project briefs, ensuring high standards of content creation and execution.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer/Videographer within a creative agency or similar setting, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content for diverse brands.
- Expertise in video editing and post-production using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and ability to incorporate them into creative client strategies.
- Excellent storytelling skills through both photography and videography.
- Ability to work on multiple projects, with a focus on deadlines, client satisfaction, and high-quality delivery.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with clients and creative teams.

**Preferred**:

- Experience working in an agency environment with diverse industries, including beauty, fashion, F&B, or retail.
- Motion graphics and visual effects skills are a plus.
