**Job Title: E-commerce Manager**

**Location**: Dubai, Trade center, Sheikh Zayed Road

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimize the Shopify platform, including product listings, inventory management, and order processing.
- Handle and maintain the product database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information on all luxury items.
- Develop and implement operational guidelines and best practices to streamline e-commerce processes.
- Set up and manage automation workflows, including chatbots, to enhance customer service and improve response times.
- Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze sales data and customer behavior, providing insights for better business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create engaging promotions and campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
- Continuously assess and improve the e-commerce strategy, focusing on user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, specifically with Shopify.
- Strong understanding of product database management and order processing systems.
- Experience in setting up chatbots and automation workflows to improve customer engagement.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data analytics for informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
