We’re looking for an experienced **Recruiter** who understands **domestic staffing** and can hire **Tagalog-speaking babysitters, nannies, caregivers**, and other household staff.
This role also includes recruiting **drivers, customer service, and operations staff** for our HR consulting clients across the GCC and Europe.

You’ll spend around **30%** of your time on internal HR and recruitment, and **70%** on external client hiring and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit, onboard, and support internal team members (Happy Helpers).
- Hire qualified Tagalog-speaking domestic staff for clients.
- Communicate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide staffing solutions.
- Maintain UAE labor law compliance and handle visa/documentation processes.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business growth.

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years’ experience in HR or recruitment (domestic or blue-collar staffing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and visa procedures.
- Proven experience hiring for GCC or European markets.
- Fluent in English; **Tagalog or Arabic** is a plus.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

**Preferred**
- 2+ years recruiting female domestic staff.
- 2+ years experience in Dubai/UAE.
- HR certification (optional but preferred).
